Time of Change, Still at the pace of a larger company

Pros

Smaller company, yet more mature and experienced with customers after many years in the industry. Looking into new technologies and products for future growth (definitely moving beyond the mobile email - - the original service the company is known for)

Cons

Management does not ask for employee feedback - old school style giving orders and not answering the questions Employees are always concerned that there will be another round of layoffs
