Pros

Most co-workers were very nice to work with.

Cons

I left the company because of a certain manager who was so demeaning and downgrading that it was impossible to work with that person. I wrote a review with specific information previously, but for some reason it disappeared. The good news is this manager/director was terminated.

Pros

The management at the Springdale office is great to work with. Their communication with all employees is what makes the business run so well. I worked with many of the people in their region and couldn’t believe how many hard working and nice people I found.

Cons

The only con to working for SG is the work itself. Janitorial work can be tough.
