Pros

Coworkers are some really nice individuals as are some of the middle management individuals. Pay is good and the benefits are quite good.

Cons

Some upper managers show little or no respect to their employees. One manager trash talked some of the individuals in my department on my first day of employment. None of your ideas are acceptable, so if you accept a job here, be prepared to be put down for your thoughts and suggestions.

Pros

NONE- SG was a great company prior to the new regime.

Cons

New CEO does not know the business. Formerly Employed with RRD and Follett, (FORMERLY for a reason) Take a sneak peek at the Follett employee forum and see what all the employee's were saying about the dream team. They all got fired from RRD & Follett, Somehow they all ended up at SG360. Track record say's she won't last very long. Equity partners are not as dumb as she thinks they are. “There are three kinds of lies: lies, damn lies and statistics.”. -Mark Twain quote: Figures don't lie, but liars figure. 75 people left last year and and 63 the prior year, each and every employee is interviewing all over the state. Every employee hates the company and they all want out.
