I like working at SGF Global; management is always ready to help and support you. There is a genuine feeling that the company cares about the employees, and a sense of community is present. Additionally, this is a fast-growing company, and I see an excellent opportunity for advancement; during my time here, many of my colleagues had raised and were promoted.

Cons

The con is that some team members take too long to reply, so there is a need to follow up on some requests. But I have experienced this in many companies, and it is not a problem for me.

From the very beginning, the entire team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. The company is filled with highly skilled professionals, and the benefits offered are great. Overall, the work environment is positive and fosters a great experience.

Cons

I've been with the company for just a month, and so far, I haven't noticed any drawbacks
