Pros

Whitin a big organization you have chances to participate in challenging projects in some cases state of the art of the particular industry.

Cons

Poor comunication among branches and departments. There are too many silos unconnected not sharing skills and continue development.

Pros

Paid Vacation, Pretty good medical package, provided uniforms, good coffee and the occasional free cold pizza.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement. Managers/Shift leads spend more time running around questioning "the help" than actually being productive themselves. As an employee or "the help" you WILL be held responsible for anything that goes wrong unless you spend 40% of your workday logging and recording your every move. Very low morale and zero loyalty among the help. Training is ...... well, your mileage may vary due to the buggy software and outdated hardware and analysers.
