      Established great working relationships with clients both internal and external.

      Cons

      Being that we were an acquisition, moving forward jobs are hired at corporate levels and there is no more room for advancement at our facility

      Get paid to learn, then move on quickly.

      Cons

      At best 2% pay raise once every 2-3 years. Poor management, poor communication, no bonuses, no real cost-of-living raises, no merit raises, lots of turnover, no consistency.

      Very good place to work and learn. A pure services company and working here gave me a very good understanding on what is commercial lab management.
