You can really go anywhere. Promotions and overtime are awaiting you.

Overtime is seriously awaiting you. A lot of work w/budget cuts make this a higher stress job.

Drama and too little pay

Pros

Everyone is generally friendlyatmosphere, active social committe, large referral bonuses, flexible hours, managers listen to your concerns and have completely open office policy, helpful trainers

Cons

A lot of drama, pay is low, no opportunities for advancement, work gets very repetitive, sometimes management can be too laid back, communication between departments is close to 0%, and corporate treats our site like the ugly stepchild.
