Work schedule (14 of 28 days off) Work environment Management is involved "Family-type" atmosphere Senor management knows everyone by name Money is great More overtime than one can handle (almost) Transparency Regular wage increases Focus on safety Not afraid to change

Cons

The site leader and EH&S Lead, can't properly BBQ a burger to save their collective lives.
