      Pros

      People, freedom to learn, part of a winning team. The company does alot to make people feel like they belong to a team. They take everyone to the state fair, the whole lab goes to a rented out theater for a movie and pizza once a year, etc. We really come together as a team. You must be a team player to have fun and do a good work.

      Cons

      Work can be challenging during the busy season.

      An excellent example of a dysfunctional company. Individual departments are working against each other. A paycheck (small, but consistent) Free mediocre coffee Flexible scheduling

      Cons

      Duplicitous management. I understand the difference between not having access to information because of seniority and being actively lied to. Not opportunity for growth or advancement. No communication from management. Unreliable communication from management. Low pay and no bonuses.

      there is really Nothing more to say about this Company Its All bad the only Way to make money is to travel working in another state making overtime. but you expense all food gas ext. To get reimbursed 4 weeks later. Not cool.
