Pros

the dealership personnel and lease turn in customers are very good people has NOTHING to do with SGS!

Cons

no communication on their part- they stress that communication is KEY and you are threatened to be fired if you dont contact them within an hour of a missed call yet when you need to talk to them you are IGNORED. too many chiefs and not enough indians at SGS

Pros

Company is focus on getting vehicles inspected.. Room to make tons of overtime. Care about your safety, and are very understanding when it comes to health and family issues.

Cons

Pay is horrible, you have to over perform to gain... How they mitigate there resources and staff is poorly done. Many of the staff have no clue what they doing.

pay, hours, overtime over family values, lots of promises made, good employees not ranked up, lazy, suck up employees seem to move up faster, stilla contractor at someone elses facility
