      Pros

      Flexible work hours and coworkers are pretty nice.

      Cons

      Cannot keep staff if their lives depended on it. Offers limited pay-growth but will work you to your core. Management is messy and will talk about you "behind your back" (while you're in the same room). No bonuses (maybe a $75 taxed Christmas bonus). Good job for starting out to get experience, but they take advantage of new-grads.

      Big name company with lots of different areas of interest

      Cons

      Management wasn't invested in their employees. After they bought the company I worked for, most of the long timers who had been there for 10+ years left due to poor acknowledgment and ridged adherence to SGS's company standards
