Pros

Great people to work with. Small company feel in a large global organization. Has a focus on quality of services and safety of its employees.

Cons

Poorly managed. Not well organized with limited corporate resources. The individual sites are isolated which does not allow the company to work as a true network. The company doesn't incorporate acquations well

Good benefits, stable job. The employees seem to like each other for the most part.

Cons

They don't provide adequate training, and they work people half to death. Management doesn't seem to care.
