Micro-managing at its finest.

Pros

Better than being unemployed. Decent benefits.

Cons

Horrible micromanaging, no company direction, high turnover rate, low morale amongst employers, "management vs. employee" mentality, no recognition for the good work, management does whatever they can to exert their power over you, in order to move up, you must suck up to management.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Overtime. Learning experience. Great for a summer job (June-September).

Cons

Long hours, low pay. Management does not communicate well. Drives people through intimidation and greed. Office favoritism and very little chance at advancement. Very poor culture of caring and little positive feedback.
