Also, if you faced any issue from the client’s side, which affected your work or performance, you can directly discuss it with the relevant SGS manager. We always follow a transparent annual appraisal scheme for all employees.

4yIt is great that you are able to learn more from working with us. But you must be aware that our pay rates are based on the bill rates of clients. We do follow the principles of the bi-weekly payroll process Payroll will not be delayed from our side for any cause.
