4yWe are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the time spent at SGS. However, you must be aware that our work culture is based on employee performance. Growth in a career, as well as income, considers several factors including how much an employee achieves and the value he or she gives to our company. All these are mentioned at the time of onboarding which we clearly share with all. If you had any issues, the best approach would have been to directly share them with your seniors and/or the management. Matters could have been resolved. We are a professional organization and take pride in efficiently managing the pain-points of employees and clients.
