Nothing as such all are drunkards in US shift

Cons

No con at all I haven't got the proper joining documents and let go due to COVID, because of this I lost a great opportunity in a great company.

It is great that you are able to learn more from working with us. But you must be aware that all matters regarding payment were discussed before onboarding and our pay rates are based on the bill rates of clients.

Great work environment, You can learn a lot!

Pros

The management is friendly and they do not fail to appreciate you if you perform well. there are a couple of seniors in the development team in the coimbatore office that can be intimidating and slightly annoying but overall work environment is fun and free from unnecessary politics.

Cons

Salary is quite low... and they do not have great employee benefits or perks.
