      Great leadership and flexibility, but communication could improve

      Great CEO and some leadership. Good direct manager while I was there with pretty flexible and generous time off after a few years

      Cons

      Some mixed and poor internal communication. At times management wasn’t transparent through all the channels leading to some frustration or confusion.

      Great culture, but pay is EXTREMELY low

      Culture, flexibility, adaptability, management (in my experience)

      Cons

      Low pay. I believe they have the lowest pay and they don’t budge on increases. You cannot live off this wage.
