Change/growth can be difficult at times but if you adapt a growth mindset you will be rewarded with skills/experiences that are recognized monetarily.

Working at SHI as a sales rep is an excellent job. Good pay for those willing to work/ friendly atmosphere, lot of events!

Base pay is low, all the offerings make it difficult to know everything (which you won’t), resources can be unreliable
