Pros

People Work-life balance That’s it

Cons

If you are a new grad and need experience, you will learn a lot. However, the company is not what it used to be. When I was hired, they were flexible with working from home if needed, but that was taken away, and now they strictly require employees to come in three days a week. During a snowstorm, instead of closing the office, they simply allowed people to come in later — and if you couldn’t make it, you had to use a PTO day. If you need to leave early on in-office days, management often gives you a hard time. The salaries are extremely low, and promotions are difficult to achieve. To move up, you are required to go through a panel interview to “prove” why you deserve a promotion, which typically only results in a minimal raise. Advancement is very difficult, and favoritism is common. The company could afford to pay employees a livable wage but chooses not to. Turnover is high, and I would not recommend staying here long term. I’m glad I found something better.
