Pros

Great manager, wide offering for customers. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Zero prioritization on anything other than sales. Executive management is just a boy's club that has no way to validate any ROI on any projects they create. They'd rather tell you to get a job somewhere else than invest in their own people.
