      Pros

      Unlimited earning potential in Account Executive role, no success tax, guaranteed quota for 7 years. Young culture, very fun, work hard play hard. Perks of being a top performer are great - prizes/trips/etc.

      Cons

      Territories are getting smaller, feels like it is moving away from a field based sales organization. Micromanagement is tough. No strong female leadership other than CEO, all managers are men.

      Pros

      Incredible company atmosphere with great company events. Vast array of resources to enable you on your sales opportunities. They have a well optimized IT platform that the company runs on. This job is a great resume builder and a great way to get your feet wet in the account management career path.

      Cons

      The company has very very low salaries and compensation plans are in the companies favor not yours. The labor vs payout is far off. You could work 60 hour weeks and slightly alter your return. If your a top seller then you have a chance for promotion but if not you don't have a chance.

      Positive environment, great culture, helpful co-workers, abundant resources and FREE food.

      Cons

      Maybe a couple of weeks of in-depth solutions training as well as shadowing other reps to help boost trainees confidence.
