High commissions and a good way to learn the IT channel industry. Friendly entry via the new business team.

Cons

Base salary is extremely low compared to the rest of the industry. Systems are extremely outdated and it takes hours to load a single order slowing down sales time.

Irredeemable Sales "Leadership" a Joke

Prior to 2020 the corporate business was one of the best places to work

Cons

If you have any self respect, look for somewhere else to work! Our top sales "leaders" are a joke both inside the company and outside in the partner and customer world. Gone are the days where you could build your business with inspiring leaders. Expect nothing but excessive micromanagement, fake team culture and values, and focus on counterproductive activities. Since those on top promote unqualified bosses based on their compliance, and punish the genuine and respected, look for this house of cards to continue crumbling unless they ever replace senior sales "leaders"
