You never get promoted to other open positions and you are always ignored!! Pay raise is only 2% even though you over performed!! Only management and sales people make money!! They just ignore technical experts !! Unless you are known to director !! No single manager is from other community!! They even stopped paying internet bill after a policy change for 50$ bucks !!best example for corporate greed
