      Moving in the right direction

      Pros

      SHI have invested heavily in the last year and we are starting to see a strong leadership team who want to work together. Recently aligned to directors in the US. New structure and goals so everyone is working together. Sales Support get a quarterly bonus. We are being told to ask questions of leadership and give our ideas which is refreshing. There is a real bond between employees on the presales and sales support side. We are encouraged to go see customers and partners to build relationships.

      Cons

      Still people who are stuck in the old ways of SHI which negatively affects others. Pay is at the lower end of the scale. Some teams are still needing more support but are being asked to step up to show value before they will recruit for their team.
