      A lot good/great company perks - Full gym with classes for people that work out daily -You get a lot of free lunches and breakfasts -They treat their employees fairly well compared to other companies I have been at -A lot of options to move around within the company

      Cons

      -A little bit on the low side relative to other companies- - Very mundane and not very thought provoking challenges for Inside Account Managers

      Privately-owned by an owner/CEO that works harder than you do, SHI plans for the long-term and not quarter-to-quarter. Ideas are welcome and new positions are constantly created to fulfill those ideas and deliver ever-improving products to our customers. This company is also: young, fun, constantly growing, a $5 billion org that considers itself an underdog.

      If you need someone to tell you how to do your job every day you come to work, this place is not for you.
