      rewarding if you hardworking, management is very friendly and supportive.

      getting ppl booked, commission based profession, is not for the lazy but for the hardworking person.

      Pros

      Flat management structure, sales people are empowered to make their own decisions. Fantastic family culture. Heavy in customer service. Love it!

      Cons

      Very few. It can be a little frustrating sometime, working for an American owned company, the cultures between America and Europe differ on ways to doing business sometimes.
