      Good start for an entry level job. Training provided, easy job to get.

      Cons

      The jobs does not give any useful skills to take outside of SHI. They use internal software that no one else use, hence employees don't learn anything valuable to bring out. They treat employees as dispensable assets, does not give equal pay for the same roles. They do not invest in good, loyal workers but try to cut cost by hiring less experienced workers which give poor performance compared to seasoned, more knowledgeable workers.
