The management team at this organization operated under a philosophy that prioritizes trust and autonomy among employees. Specifically, they avoided the practice of micromanagement.

Cons

The CEO's unprofessional and unpleasant management style was driven by greed, treating us as mere tools to further his own financial gain. It was a truly distasteful and unacceptable experience, reminiscent of a negative portrayal in a movie. The way he treated us was inhumane and it was hard to work under such unpleasant conditions.
