      The job itself is fairly easy,. Learn skills there to use at your next place of employment.

      Cons

      Management does not manage their workers. They do not care about their employees. Unsafe work practices and sometimes hostile work environment.

      Pros

      Work from home policy was very accommodating.

      Cons

      All the departments worked in their own SILO and there was very little communication between departments and everyone wanted to place blame instead of being part of a solution.
