higher management is bad, silos, everyone I work with are everywhere around the world except Prague, in 1 year I have 4th manager, bad communication about vision

Pros

Good salary for a junior position and opportunities for bonuses. The company promotes a healthy work-life balance and generally respects personal time. There are also real growth opportunities: after a few months in the graduate position, I was offered a full-time role, which shows that the company is open to developing early-career talent. Of course, progression can depend on factors such as your own motivation, the team you’re in, and the support of your manager, which was great in my case.

Cons

Some processes can move quite slowly, which can be frustrating at times. The organization can also feel a bit siloed, and communication across teams is not always as smooth as it could be.
