      Pros

      I made a great experience with the team I worked with. They were all very patient and supported me in gaining as much experience and knowledge as they could. Challenged me with interesting tasks and engaged me, by allowing me to focus on personal areas of interest.

      Cons

      Not many downsides, mainly it is sometimes a little political
