Pros
The company is open to use new technologies. There are plenty of opportunities to tests new tools. If there are valid reasons we can use new solutions. They provide internal trainings. The company is a serious company. I worked for Big corporations and I don't see huge differences here. HR department works very well, impressed. They take seriously the feedback provided. In my opinion, the merger between BME and SIX has created a synergy that will significantly strengthen the company. They promote innovation. The workforce is international.
Cons
I'm pretty new in the company but several colleagues pointed out that the salary increase doesn't happen, just with promotion. Anyway the initial salary package is good.
