      Good compensation, some good people

      Cons

      Company is so immersed in politics and unclear in its goals that its hard to do anything. Ideas for improvement are quickly turned against employees. "International" feel of the company is only superficial, too swiss centric and not willing to change. Actions do not follow big words.
