      Generous Homeoffice-policy, no one cares where/when you work Still good salaries/bonus

      Cons

      No clear business growth/innovation strategy, only cost saving initiatives and nearshoring to Poland The values are just words and not really lived; culture of fear and envy, no real collaboration and trust from leaders No development paths HR is not acting as business partner or partner for employees, only as administrator without value to the firm/employees

      no progression at all, no salary reviews, below than market bonus, very "swiss" - not very international. Management is questionable sometimes...
