      Pros

      Good benefits. Some employees are smart and try to modernize the business.

      Cons

      Slow company with employees who worked there for tens of years. Most people live in a comfort zone progressing very slowly. Their English is bad and they insist internationals learn German so that they don`t have to learn English. Managers and directors bring each other in the company for big wages and make bad decisions based on politics, not business health.

      Great working culture, interesting work

      Pros

      There's a real sense of collaboration at SIX. Everyone pulls together across different teams to work positively for similar goals. The hybrid working model is great for work life balance and the working environment is really good. People are friendly and feedback on anything is welcomed.

      Could always do with paying more!
