Pros

Great response to protect employees in times of Corona. Employees were kept safe throughout the pandemic. Working from home offered flexibility and those that could not work from home were kept safe in ventilated offices and offered more than just the required safety measures.

Cons

Not all managers naturally accepted the home office rules.

Pros

Fun Holiday Parties, Parties in general, and a ton of free food. Udemy Access for cheap online classes Some great teams and a lot of great coworkers overall. Pay is pretty high all things considered for the type of work you do.

Cons

Management is a nightmare. You’re ideas will be stolen from you, and you only succeed if you are a suck up. One of the workers was promoted for watching the bosses dog. I’d say the US office is extremely corrupt. Just make sure to say that your manager is pretty and you probably will get brownie points. They love it when you agree with them, and hate you if you do not. The SIX language is very different from the outside business world. They have a different model and different acronyms that will take you at least a whole year to maybe get to a 80% understanding. Gossipy culture. If you give inside information to the manager it’s an easy promotion. Backstabbing culture. You will get physically yelled at for mistakes. Note: the cons don’t start appearing until after the first year. Do not trust anyone and keep to yourself If you really want this job.
