      Pros

      Exposed to reference data world. Received experience in data vendor industry. Central location. Stable. Permanent. Small team hence job rotation is possible.

      Cons

      Bias. Flat structure. Not transparent. Not much growth. Development programmes are limited. Things move too slow. Decisions are set lightly. From ideas to implementation takes a long time.

      Pros

      Stable work culture with different specialities under one roof. Senior managers are rewarded well after long dedicated service to the company.

      Cons

      Not exactly the most dynamic place to work. A majority of the staff are seneior and over 45 - which maybe be difficult for younger people.
