      Pros

      Interesting and content rich environment. However, difficult to get support for new ideas. Sound financial stability and systemic for the Swiss financial market place.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic. A lot of overhead and strict group rules. Shareholders are also the customer and therefore drive the direction.

      Cons

      - old-fashioned, siloed, bureaucratic work culture - military approach to management: orders are sent from the top - no knowledge sharing, no innovation - poor mid-management
