Stable work culture with different specialities under one roof. Senior managers are rewarded well after long dedicated service to the company.

Cons

Not exactly the most dynamic place to work. A majority of the staff are seneior and over 45 - which maybe be difficult for younger people.

Good training, good products and competitive salary. It's the kind of company where hard work pays off - if working in the EMEA Zone, the company brings you ponctually in the HQs @ Zurich for training & seminars.

Cons

You got to be proactive all the time. Competition is fierce, some excellent products but some products lacking efficiency and creativity compared to the competitors.
