Pros

Generous Homeoffice-policy, no one cares where/when you work Still good salaries/bonus

Cons

No clear business growth/innovation strategy, only cost saving initiatives and nearshoring to Poland The values are just words and not really lived; culture of fear and envy, no real collaboration and trust from leaders No development paths HR is not acting as business partner or partner for employees, only as administrator without value to the firm/employees

Pros

A 9-to-5 job, good colleagues, reasonably well organised company

Cons

Big problems with innovation, unable to allow the products to evolve with the changes in the financial markets, management unable to identify the obvious and promising trends, whoever wants to move something forward is held back by bureaucracy and senior management.
