Meet SOME nice people, apart from that other people don't smile or talk to you unless they are asking you to do something or bossing you about

Cons

Stinks, management treat you like dogs, not given a plaster when you have a cut, talked down to, uncomfortable work wellies, send you home early so you don't get as much money, tight with money.

Cross containing of food,slippery floor s,ceiling leeks on food and management know s,not kind to there employees,treat just like your a number not a person.

Interview process involved a small tour of their new facility and face to face interview with one person from HR. Following that a second one on one interview with the plant manager. Pretty laid back interview process

Cons

Working in a cold factory and always on the move. Had to do what seemed like drone work for most of the shifts.
