Pros

The pay may be good... if you are wage. There is "room to grow" *see con below

Cons

* "Room to grow" means the person above you got let go or quit. This happens frequently. The corporate culture here not one that values its workers--the high turnover rate (both line workers and salary) is alarming, and not at all coincidental. Higher management fails to properly prioritize problems. There is a clear sense of favoritism here, but that will not stop the company from letting people for petty and minor things. Problems are never corrected at the source. People are constantly running around cleaning up because the faucet was never turned off. Sometimes, literally. Creates a highly stressful environment, with no sense of job accomplishment. Sales department keeps overselling product. The company infrastructure can not handle the volume of sales made.

I felt used and unappreciated

Pros

New facility, good coworkers. Fast paced environment with a fair amount of autonomy.

Cons

This is the first time I've found that being honest and hard working is frowned upon. The ones who are rewarded are manipulative liars who leave their job to waste while they involve themselves in everyone else's responsibilities. The management doesn't know how to plan ahead or staff to cover absences and vacations. They don't do any initial training, let alone cross training and the SOPs are useless while actual working procedures go undocumented. HR and upper management have unrealistic expectations regarding working hours, pushing us to 7 days a week for upwards of 10hr days to meet client demands. An 85% attrition rate should tell you how happy the overall workforce is.

Pros

Never had less than a 40 hr week, nice people working there, decent wages

Cons

Terrible attendance policy with no wiggle room for people with kids, management treats you like a number not a person, if you start to go slower than what they want they bounce you around everyday till you get fired that week
