      Salary is fine. Work environment is OK.

      Cons

      Korea is asserting Korean rules. No design/documentation for engineering. Seat of pants code writing. No design. Need better engineering workstations. Single monitor doesn't do it anymore. Higher end notebookd for engineering. One size does NOT fit all.

      Pros

      If you like memory controllers, you'll love working here. Knowledgeable people, friendly environment. CEO is great, an engineer that understands the problem we face in development. Good long term vision for our future products. Friendly HR team. Free Lunch and Dinner, Dinner is catered. Constantly hiring.

      Cons

      As a company that had been bought by a Korean company, many people will not speak fluent English. This is a minor problem but it is one. Some documentation are in Korean. Documentation of projects are bad, but they are slowly getting better. Management are friendly. Compensation is rather low. Not enough people in their projects and they are rushing to catch up with the market. Not as many vacation days as other companies we are competing against.
