That said, we wish you had come to your HR team regarding your experience with the management. Although we appreciate your feedback on our management, we do not tolerate discriminatory and derogatory comments regarding our employees on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, marital status, physical or mental disability or veteran status. Our female leaders are just as competent as our male leaders. We encourage you to speak with us regarding the individual managers you’ve had issues with other than them being females.
