Pros
Could not recommend working here. Company provides middling benefits and free meals and snacks. Long hours nights and weekends are expected of all employees whether there is work to be done then or not.
Cons
Management is chaotic. There are no leaders or any kind of meaningful cooperation between teams and departments. Executive and senior management is a throwback to the early 1900s. This is complicated by the Korean management team who do not believe in equal opportunity. They fire American employees and bring in replacements from Korea. Heavy handed 1940s do as I say management practices. Management would rather run the company in to ruin rather than admit errors and make changes and lose face. From the moment I was recruited through a specialty contracting position company for a high level specialty job, I was lied to by the management team upon hire they changed my job offer three time, post relocation and job start. They continued to make job responsibility changes until what I was hired to do, and what I was doing were completely different things.
