Basically, everyone who was good at Datto Inc, came over here to create another vendor powerhouse for Managed Service Providers. The last 6 months we have made numerous hires and seen revenue grow substantially. Pros: -Leadership team understands the market -Realistic Quota -Products are easy to understand and sold through one dashboard -401k Match -4 Weeks Paid Vacation -Stock Options in the Company

It used to take me over an hour to get to work to their Stamford Sales Office. However, now with the Coronavirus, we can be remote workers permenantly.

Cons

I’ve seen this company evolve. I thought it was bad when I was there for 9 months. As I’ve watched from afar, I’m shocked they raised a dollar and hired anyone. It’s run by an inept CEO who is a con artist. Their technology is subpar to their competitors, at the minimum. Stay far away. Trust me.
