Pros

-Great culture -Amazing benefits -Free lunch and bagel Fridays! -Convenient office locations domestic and overseas -Rockstar team to work with -The work/life balance is something you will not find anywhere else -The CEO CARES!

Cons

-building a brand takes time and patience, so all the little hiccups that come with that, but the outcome will be well worth!

Pros

Management is always going above and beyond to take care of employees and clients. Their ethos is outstanding and as a result, everyone is willing to put in time to create valuable work for clients. An amazing company that I am happy to be part of!

Cons

Cyber security is a very fast-paced changing environment, so if you have trouble adapting and embracing change, this could prove challenging.

A startup that cracked the Culture puzzle

Pros

Surrounded with smart, diverse people who all clearly know what their roles are. A very organized startup that strives to bring the best when chaos occurs within. Always puts the customers priority first. Most of the company is enthusiastic and back each other up. The work in general is reasonable even though sometimes we may have tight deadlines. But employees don't usually fear failure most often. Most upper management is approachable and listen to feedback both inside and from customers. Very good 401K benefits (matching).

Cons

Nothing really. May be the health insurance cost is a little high but nothing over the roof.
