Pros

Ample opportunities and growth Excellent culture. A great place to go to everyday and work. People here really care about you, the customers and the work being put in to provide top notch service/cyber security. Everyone is approachable and willing to help. There is a great vibe amongst the entire team and the company is growing at a fast pace. Leadership listens and appreciates ideas from the team.

Pros

SkOUT is an outstanding place to work for a variety of reasons. The leadership is outstanding... they listen to their employees and are very engaged with everyone, not just management. SkOUT puts a big emphasis on the culture and well-being of their employees and is very customer focused. There is so much opportunity to learn and grow within this company.

Cons

There really isn't any cons to make note of. The company is in hyper-growth mode so that may not be the best environment for employees that don't like change.

Pros

SkOUT is an exciting company that is growing at a tremendous rate. The culture is amazing; people are friendly/fun, approachable at all times, and are always will to help. If you're looking to work in Cyber Security than this company is where you want to work, they have a mission to help company's 24/365, and to do this is a caring and effective way. An analyst will get a chance to work on a wide variety of tools where they can master skills and knowledge. Also, there's free lunch everyday! I would recommend applying to SkOUT to anyone that asks!

Cons

Things are fast pace and can be a lot to take in; but there's always someone to help!
