Pros

The people and the culture are fantastic. It's rare to find this type of work atmosphere . Management is top notch and everyone's willingness to help others be successful is amazing.

Cons

None...if you can get a job at Skout, do it!

Never had the pleasure - yes, pleasure - of working for a company like SkOUT. Customer oriented with a great culture and solid people across the board. Employees are valued and their input is is relied upon for continued success

Cons

Work/life balance issues can crop up but the company more then makes up for it and is flexible when and where it can be
