Pros

Management team is world class. They are simultaneously hyper-focused on the big picture and strategic vision of the company while taking care of each and every employee along the way. People are authentically happy, passionate about their role and extremely valued across the company. Everyone is super smart, the environment is fun, collaborative and supportive. Everyone has a purpose and everyone is responsible for their part of Skout’s goals, both near-term and long-term.

Pros

- Every Team Member here is accommodating, understanding, friendly, and immensely fun to work around. - Scheduling, workloads, and compensation are vastly flexible to the point where I honestly cannot imagine anybody being left unhappy. - The opportunities for growth in all facets of life, professionally and personally, are innumerable. - The sheer potential of some Team Members that work at SkOUT alone should be enough to motivate and inspire. SkOUT as a company is ever-growing and from the analysts to the executives, there's something special here for everyone.

Cons

- The scheduling of shifts may take one some time to get used to but after they do, their shifts become fun and keep work life as fresh as possible. - Training may seem somewhat tedious at times but if you choose to study certain aspects of the job independently or are as receptive as you can be when shadowing other Team Members, it should pass by smoothly.

Love the collaboration and high energy from the employees of the company. Everyone is excited to be here. We have some of the smartest and brightest cyber engineers in the business.

Cons

This company is not for the faint-of-heart. We meet with clients who are going through some of the worst days of their lives.
